Child obesity, rampant in U.S., now global issue

“When it comes to childhood obesity, Dr. Abhinash Srivatsa, a pediatric endocrinologist at Children’s Hospital Boston, doesn’t mince words.

Overweight children and teens are caught in a “tsunami of all these terrible things,” Srivatsa said, before rattling off several major medical conditions associated with extreme weight problems, including heart and cardiovascular complications, type 2 diabetes and kidney failure.”

    The only way you can manage obesity is through Proper Diet and lots of exercise. The human body is designed for work so we should always get some form of physical exercise to stay fit.

    Obesity is a growing health problem these days because people are too lazy to do some extra exercise and they eat too much. i always exercise and do cardio regularly to maintain a healthy weight.
